It starts in the forest: LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers are obtained from wood, a natural, renewable resource that stems exclusively from responsibly managed forests (FSC® or PEFC certified).
Cellulose from beech, spruce, birch, and other tree species is processed into a fine textile fiber in a resource-efficient process. Compared to conventional viscose, for example, the production of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ saves over 50% water and more than 50% CO₂ emissions.
